Relationship Counselling

Making the decision to attend relationship counselling can be a daunting task, much like individual counselling. Acknowledging that things are not okay within the relationship and voicing this to your partner can be scary. However, it also shows that you care and wish to make changes together.

Couples seek counselling for various reasons, including difficulties with money, children, in-laws, health, infidelity, and sex. In relationship counselling, couples have a space to speak with each other, feel heard, and discuss their feelings and needs within the relationship.

As a relationship counsellor, my role is not to take sides or tell you what to do, but to provide a supportive and caring environment for you to be open and honest with each other. I am here to help you find a way through any difficulties you may be facing in your relationship. Counselling may enable you to see things in a new light or make the decision that is right for you to move forward. Having the opportunity to talk to someone outside of your relationship can make a positive difference.

Relationship counselling is available to all couples, regardless of their marital status, sexuality, or personal situation. All that is required is that you both want to attend and are open to making changes. Please be assured that all counselling sessions offered are completely confidential and non-judgemental. Together, we can work towards creating a safe and supportive space where you can address any challenges in your relationship and build a stronger, healthier bond with each other.
